Exchanges Policy
All sale, discounted, coupon-purchased, and gift voucher items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or incorrect items sent are eligible for exchange. Please return the item to the address provided below.
Items made to order are not eligible for exchange or returns. Alterations can be made, but courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
If an outfit is worn, washed, or used, it is not eligible for exchange.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
In case an outfit doesn't fit, we will try our best to do alterations. Otherwise, we will offer an exchange.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Exchange: We do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold as a company policy.
Dresses or items that are sold can be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size (provided terms and conditions are met). If the same size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, valid until the mentioned date on the voucher.

Exchange for any item can be done only once.
- Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact are eligible for exchange.
Courier costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations for made-to-order outfits.
Ready-to-dispatch orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at +971528851425 or email us at vivedkids@gmail.com with the order number. Refunds are not provided for cancellations, but a credit note will be issued, valid within the specified time period.
